  • complained to littlwoods as they took so long to be delivered. They were over 8weeks late and i had to take a few days off work unpaid to wait in (when they said they will be dlivered and most of the time wasnt!). The staff there wasnt helpfull one bit either! Was very upset with the way i was treated!

All i got back was a letter of apology. I will not be using them again! I spent over £300 with them and not even a voucher or anything!

Littlewoods deliveries are not guaranteed, that's how they get away without giving compo etc. Sucks, but it's true, unfortunately

Just got a £20.00 virgin gift token and an nice letter from them. Sent them a complaint letter say that they had sent their stock from the Trafford center store to the Liverpool store, thus depriving me of a chance of buying one and alienating a segment of their customers. Fairplay to virgin for the acknowledgement, and going the extra mile with the voucher.

  • I complained to Tesco in writing because my daughter was bought a battery operated train for her birthday. However it didnt work and when we went back to get another we tested a few of them and found none of them worked either. We then went to another Tesco and none of those worked.

I wrote to complain (also about the customer service assistant being rude to us) and got a £5 money card. However, all they did was apologise that I was disappointed and didnt say anything about all their faulty trains - slightly annoying really because I wasnt complaining to get compensation, more to point out the problem stock.

If anyone buys a battery operated toy train, test it first to make sure it actually works!

I have complained alot lately this last few weeks, i hate complaining and most of the time i dont bother, though i do contact ppl wen i have had excellent service.

Huggies- I had no sticky tabs on the one side of a full large pack of nappies i emailed complained and i got an apology and a £5 voucher not as much as i paid out but at least it was something.

Argos- My stroller was completely unusable so i tried to take it back but they said i couldnt bcoz i had used it  so i emailed customer services who said i could take it back to a different store. When i did i found out they had been withdrawn from argos due to many faults. I got a refund.
