NoI contacted a distributor in the UK of a baby product from the US and they sent me replacement parts for the product that I had that was no longer working after three years (although it had only been in use for a couple of months). I had only asked for advice and they sent me two parts to fix the problem. Excellent service from East Coast Products UK.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

I would suggest that people take photos of any objects which shouldn't be where you found them if possible. Then you've got proof to send the company concerned to start with.0

Also Nando's. The food was expensive, disgusting and cold and the staff were atrociously rude. Complained and got another meal free a week later, where we had to have exactly the same thing, which again was cold, with a BONE in my chicken burger and the staff were even ruder than before. We didn't complain again as we didn't want another meal there and we've never been back since!
KittyKate, I am glad to hear that your an active complainer and thatyou don't like having to pay money for rubbish service, which you should not ahve too...
but I am sorry to hear about your bad service from Nandos. I go quite a lot and i have never had a problem at all, I think that the resturant is a refrehing change.. I always have the Chicken in pita bread, and its tastes fantastic everytime.
Maybe it was just the resturant you went to? I would say go again but i don't spose you would want to after thoe two experiences.

I complained to Burger King recently about a dirty restaurant and cold food. They sent two meal vouchers by return post!
Big round of applause for speediness there :T0 -

I went to Nandos once and had a bad experience so i complained and they gave me vouchers for a free meal so i went to a different Nandos as i dont usually go back to the same place. Spent 10mins at the till arguing with the manager as you wouldnt let me use one of the vouchers.
Never going back to Nandos again not worth the hassle
Was going to complain to burger king about my cold food last time you normally dont notice till you get home but they'd gone into administration the next day0 -
