  • I complained to sainsbury's via online, about thier Taste a difference range, saying how nice the meal was, but the packaging melted in the mirco wave. I recieved 2000 nectar points onto my card.
No reliance should be placed on the above.

I am going to write to Kit kat complaining about their KitKat peanut bar. I found it horrible, I know it is all about personal taste but I expected it to be like the normal KitKat but with peanuts. It is nothing like it and has a goohy bit that is really nasty. Will let you know if they send me any vouchers back.

I have also complained to Morrisons. I went into one of their cafes about a fortnight ago and the place was disgusting! It was filthy and looked like it needed a bloody good clean!!

I phoned their Head Office and told them how I felt. I was honest and mentioned a couple of positives as well as the negatives. Anyway long story short they sent me 5 pounds worth of vouchers with no expiry date that can be used anywhere.

Doesnt sound very generous of them does it, especially as you could have gone to Environmental Health.

i once found a mouse's tail in some food, and was sent a cheque for £10 but i sent it back to them, saying that was an insult and i would be getting in touch with EH....few days later i got a cheque for £50 :)

Woah! Nice result, they probally could have been fined more by EH, but £50's not bad after going through that.

I bought a Ginsters pie and it had 4 chunks of meat and 5 slices of mushroom - it was mean't to be deep filled - with what! Complained and got a £5 voucher. Also thornton's new organic choc's. I didn't like them and at £3 a pack not impressed. Complained and got £5 voucher too! Still waiting for Hovis to get back to me - 30 days and counting. Their bread was really dry and toasting made it even worse.
  • Hi,

This is my first post -- sorry if I've made a mistake.

I just took a bite out of a 'branded' exotic berry bar -- it's got a long and what I presume to be human hair in it. There's an address for the manufacturer and an email address but I'm not sure how far my complaint will go.

How might I approach this? Do you think it's better to email them first or just send it?

    Cheers

  • Just sent a complaint to Pilot pens about the fact that the ball from my rollerball dropped out, and it was my favourite pen too, cost me £2.10. Anyone had any experience with Pilot?
