I complained to tesco that there was no wasabi souce in the sushi I bought from them (1.99), and got a £4 gift card back,:j and a letter apologising. Bought it since hand had more wasabi than I can cope with.No longer an accidental landlord, still a wannabe millionaire:beer:

I complained to Sainsburys last week regarding being overcharged for a bottle fo wine (overcharged approx £1.50) I explained that i did not have the time to go back and complain to the store and they sent me through a £5 voucher and letter of apology.

I don't know of you meant it to come across this way, but that post sounded particulaly harsh.
Not everyone is confident on cmputers, or the internet, and can find anyhing thy want. Or maybe the poster was just after advice on what others would do.
Remember EVERYONE needs advice sometimes (thats what these forums are built on - advice for everyone) and EVERYONE had to sart somewhere and needed a halping hand along the way.
This website is for everyone, and please keep it a nice place for ALL moneysavers.
Edit: just noticed that the pp asking about this mentioned having a buggy,... I know how difficult it is to try and do anything with young kids0 -

suppose I'd better post my successes. I have made quite a few complaints over the years, I belive complaining is good if you have a genuine complaint as things cant get better if they dont know something is up!
TGI FRIDAYS had a really awful meal there, food cold, tabe wasnt ready amd we are asked to wait in bar area (smoking area, and i had a baby, said no and ended up waiting outside in cold)
Got a lovely letter and £40 vouchers.
FARRMFOODS Rude staff. was told "OI MOVE THAT TROLLEY" when till girl , thought i was leaving it at till when I hadnt even put purse away yet.
£10 voucher
NIK NAKS Opened a pack and all that was in it was ne huge deofrmed nik nak.

NoMy daughter's remmington straighteners were not heating up properly 14 months into the 2 year gaurentee. I sent them back and we got a brand new pair. :T

Olymic Challenge - £597.240 -
Nohave complained to somerfield and asda about fresh chickens not being cleaned out properly, they usually send a voucher for £10 for inconvienience0
