YesSorry must have missed that......will screw head back on now!!
No worries
I always start with websites of the company. Under the Companies Act all companies have to have their address details on a web site. All plc's also have to have their corporate info and AGM docs etc so you can nearly always get the inform from a web site even if its in the terms and conditions page.Self confessed Florida expertwith over 320 trips there!

Thanks BatulN for your reply
I didn't think of that but I think I will just keep it, I would have bought more of both anyway as it's great stuff, I could certainly recommend it. I'm just really pleased they sent something as its the first time I have complained about anything and it's great to get a result.0 -
Nohi everyone, just a little advice needed please.
firstly, i have a sony vaio vgn- n21s laptop, still within the 1year warranty- won't turn the screen on but still turns on if that makes sense- what to do?
secondly, bought little bro a sony ericcson mobile (w580i) and the buttons have split down the middle, like cracked, really strange. to top it off, left the phone inactive for about 3 months and when my brother turned it on, the screen doesnt come on properly, the colours are frazzled cant even see the screen properly. bought this from littlewoods catalogue- what to do for this?
any help much appreciated,
many thanks
if the laptop's still within its guarantee - give them a ring. They should be able to help.
worth contacting littlewoods about the mobile. this is the complaints thread afterall!0 -
I want to complain to Tesco! I'm not after a freebie though. I was in the '10 items or less queue', now I don't get annoyed if people have say 15 items, but the shop was packed, even these queues had around 10 people at each one. When I looked at the front of the queue to see the hold up, there was a family carrying 5 shopping bags full of stuff and the bill totalling over £100. I hate it when this happens it really bugs me. So just want to let them know! surely the cashier can refuse to serve them if they have THAT much? After all if everyone did it.... Grrr!!0

B & Q Cocked up our kitchen delivery & sent us a couple of doors which were not on the original order in lieu of 2 doors which we needed. They sorted it out eventually but as a result our kitchen fitter (not theirs) had to come out a 2nd time to complete the job. We wrote to B & Q and let them know that we didn't feel that we should have to pay for this & yes, they rang the next day saying that they would reimburse us for the kitchen fitter coming out again.
YAY! :j0 -
I wrote to Nestle to complain about my solid chocolate breakaway. I was sent a check for £2! The whole packet of breakaways didn't even cost that in the first place.0

NoKeep an eye on Premier Inn!!
I had a valid complaint which I emailed them about, my complaint was dealt with swifly and a member of staff from the Premier Inn we stayed at phoned me a couple of days later. We discussed my concerns and he offered me one nights refund (we'd stayed for 3 nights) I was happy with this and he said I should receive my refund within one week. I checked after 2 weeks and we hadn't been refunded, contacted them again - no response other than the automatic email, another week passed still no refund. Contacted them again, heard nothing but bank statement now shows they refunded a day after the last time we last contacted them.
Just a be aware if they say they're going to refund - check they have!0
