hi everyone, just a little advice needed please.

firstly, i have a sony vaio vgn- n21s laptop, still within the 1year warranty- won't turn the screen on but still turns on if that makes sense- what to do?

secondly, bought little bro a sony ericcson mobile (w580i) and the buttons have split down the middle, like cracked, really strange. to top it off, left the phone inactive for about 3 months and when my brother turned it on, the screen doesnt come on properly, the colours are frazzled cant even see the screen properly. bought this from littlewoods catalogue- what to do for this?

shakespeare 3, i'd leave it at the shampoo- you can always go in to somewhere like boots and exchange it, bit cheeky i know, but may work

I complained to Wrigley's (Chewing Gum) as I bought a box of gum from Makro and one of the packets was all damaged exposing a piece of gum. They sent me a jiffy bag so I could return the damaged packet and then within days I got a lovely presentation box containing 10 packets of gum....

has anyoe got a email address for burger king in bath im up here for the weekend and we thought we would go in burger king so we walked in and what a state the floor was covered in rubbish you could not sit at the tables because of all the mess it was discutsing do you think its work complaing to them,

no we didnt talk to the manager because we just got out as quick as possiable they all seemed very dim in there though, i hate writing letters but i cant find a email address for them so i might have to
