Complaint Letter Successes

Would people advise emailing or writing to companies to complain? I bought some flowers from Tescos...I never usually buy flowers as it seems like spending money on nothing but thought I would trat myself...they were lillies and only one bud opened (and it was already open when I bought them). All of the others just dropped off :S
I bought flowers from Tesco once that had a label on saying they were guaranteed for 5 days. They died in just a few days so I shoved the flowers into a carrier bag, took the receipt with me and took them back to Tesco. She offered me another bunch but I said I'd rather just have my money back! I got a full refund.
If you still have the flowers maybe you could do the same?I'm so sorry if you were enjoying this thread and mine is the last post!!
I seem to have a nasty habit of killing threads!0 -

Also complained to Wilkinsons, as the dog chews I bought dyed my dog's poo green! yuck!
To balance this, I complimented Kettle Chips on thier delicious crisps, and Maybelline for their excellent Blackest Black mascara.

I assume the i + k keys don't work i've added the missing letters to the quote above so it makes sense.
I assume maybe wither a connecter has become loose or it has an impact on the keys to stop them working. Have you tried to remove the keys -- using a blunt knife they should just pop out and checking there's no dirt behind them and try replacing them again?
Good luck

I wrote a complaint letter to Ikea online after they messed up our order royally. They gave us 'compensation' of £35. They actually bothered to call me to apologise and let me know they were putting the money into our account.0

NoYou can ring them and ask what they are going to do. Dont let them get out of mending it, as you i owuld presume have a warrantry still, if not the sale of goods act is on your side.

YesHow do you find out who the MD of a company is and how do you find their email add?
I am not normally the type of person to complain, lifes too short but I have just had the most shockingly bad experience from a store called Savers Health and Beauty ( cross between boots and superdrugs)
Anyway to cut a long story short, the lady made a very vindictive and threatening remark towards me:mad:
I am so angry, my head is going to explode.
I found the website of aswatson which is the group which owns the brand but the contacts email on there was returned. I dont just want the customer service as this is way too serious, I want the top man/women.
any advice?
Please don't cut the "long" story short. Please let us all know what happened. Why on earth would a member of staff in a store make a threat towards you ? The store will investigate anyway, did you do something to provoke her?0 -
NoI sent an email to Costa yesterday complaining about my tea not cooling down to a drinkable temperature for half an hour (nearly had to chuck it away because the coach policy was not to let anyone eat/drink on board so I smuggled it on) and the cup leaking from the side, hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.
A few months ago I complained to KitKat about a biscuitless KitKat and they sent me a cheque for £3.00 only they made it out to the wrong name, so that was a bit of a waste. I couldn't be bothered to write back to ask for them to correct it.0 -

Well its just been picked up to be "fixed" AGAIN!!! i'll let you know the outcome. I'm just about to fire off a letter to PC World & Compaq too because I don't think it's good enough to buy a £500 laptop that has this many problems in 6 months!!!! :mad:BEEN AWAY FOR A WHILE NOW BACK TO COMPING BIG STYLE!!0
