How do you find out who the MD of a company is and how do you find their email add?
I am not normally the type of person to complain, lifes too short but I have just had the most shockingly bad experience from a store called Savers Health and Beauty ( cross between boots and superdrugs)
Anyway to cut a long story short, the lady made a very vindictive and threatening remark towards me:mad:
I am so angry, my head is going to explode.
I found the website of aswatson which is the group which owns the brand but the contacts email on there was returned:confused: . I dont just want the customer service as this is way too serious, I want the top man/women.
    any advice?

A few months ago my OH and I decided to treat ourselves to a Domino's pizza, and ordered online. We got a large half and half, half pepperoni and half plain. My OH hates pepperoni and won't eat pizza if it's had it on it (weird, I know!). We also ordered two garlic pizza breads. Anyway, the pizza arrived and it was, you guessed it, completely covered in pepperoni, AND the delivery man forgot one of our pizza breads. I phoned them up to complain that this had happened, and they sent us TWO more pizza breads and another whole large plain pizza for my OH! In total that probably came to about £15!

I was pretty damn chuffed. :] Only other time I've complained was when I didn't get my free toy in my cereal box as a kid. It was a series of toys (from the Disney Hercules movie, no less), so they sent me ALL of the series in compensation. I was tickled pink.

My advice is to pop into your local library and go to the reference section. There should be a book there called "Kompass Business Guide". This normally includes the names of Company Directors.

If they were a public company ti.e. a plc then you would be able to get their annual report from their website and in that it will list all of thier directors.

As its a LTD and therefore a private company al is not lost, its just a wee bit harder. You need to use the web check service from Companies House Go to https://www.companieshouse.gov.uk and click on web check From here you can get all sorts of details for the company in question. You can also do extra stuff but thats costs from as little as a quid so you can get a current list of "appointments" and this would be all of the directors.

    Hope this helps

Thank you all the kind people who has tried to help. In todays society, I take threats very seriously but the last place I would expect it to happen is in a well known store by one of the staff. I was with my child and the lady said along the lines of " You're lucky that we are not on the streets, cuz if we were I ..........." ( I cant be 100% certain of the rest of the sentence, but her expresstion and tone of voice was very vindictive.
It may come down to her words against mine and I have a feeling that as the manager wasnt much help, she may back her up her staff which makes the matter even worse.
I have requested a copy of the servellience tape but even though you can see us, I doubt that you can hear us. If this is the case, I may not be able to prove anything.
How much does it cost to get a lip reader? I really dont think that she should be able to get away with it.

Hi, I didn't write a complaint letter I rang up but its still kind of the same. I've just been given a month's free mobile phone contract as I have had to send my phone back 2 times now as it keeps breaking, and I recieved my third "new" phone today, which is clearly a second hand phone, as parts where chipped off round the side where it was clearly dropped by someone, it was also scratches all over the screen.

After much arguing with a VERY unhelpful customer services man, he agreed to take off £10.10 from my next bill for both times I've sent back my phone special delivery. They've agreed to pick up my phone on monday and swap for my new one. I told him I wanted some sort of better compensation as for the last month I haven't been able to use the phone I'm paying to use as part of my contract. He said I couldn't have any as its not part of their policy, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor about it, he wouldn't put me through to a supervisor, but after a bit of pressure saying I was thinking of not renewing my contract, he spoke to his supervisor who agreed I could have another £10 off my bill.
I then rang the complaints department and told them how I didn't feel a valued customer and she agreed to take off another £10.

So my £30 phone bill is £0 this month! Woo
