I complained that my Innocent smoothie tasted a bit dodgy and got a case of 10 bottles of different flavours couriered to my work today in an insulated box with an icepack. Fantastic service.

i complained to Mc Donalds about a recent visit there, basically waited 25 mins for food when it arrived it was wrong order and stone cold. crew member was very rude just dumped it in front of us , when we called him back he just ignored us
anyway i emailed them and waited over 4 weeks and got no reply
so then i phoned them and I recieved £10 in gift vouchers a week later
not as much as we spent in maccys that day but better than nothing

I returned a toaster to Asda a while back as pop up not working and only had it 3 days. It was a asda own brand cheap one.

I asked them to make head office aware as 6 months previously a toaster of the same brand had same fault. It was 2 months old and when we returned it misus a receipt only got £7 back not £20. As it had gone down in price. Not impressed!

Anyway....a week later got a lovely letter saying sorry to hear i had experienced problems and a voucher for £10. Excellent service really pleased

went to our local beefeater and my guest was served powdered mashed potato (smash) and when we complained the staff just shrugged. the a couple of days later my oh was served prawns instead of prawn cocktail.
i called head office and got free 3 course meal for 2 with a bottle of wine.

Finally got a reply from Primark (its only taken since beginning of march). The red early days pajamas we bought for my son stained his highchair dark pink despite the fact that they didn't get wet or anything, which is completely unremovable, and stained his skin (although that did scrub off). They sent an apology with £50 vouchers :)

I won't be spending them on baby clothes though!
