I suppose you might have a chance if there is CCTV covering the till at the store, if they can take the time to find the day & time of purchase (on your reciept) and check the footage to see what you actually purchased... Might be a lot of work for them though (to trawl through hours and days of film!)0

Good luck getting a response- if you email you only get a generic reply giving useless numbers for recruitment or web address for sotre location!! I've been trying to get hold of them since the beginning of march and so far i've had no luck (i've emailed twice and sent a letter)0 -
NoI know i've tried a couple times aswell. The thing is i have just sent a letter with a reciept a last week but i have not recieved a responce. I therefore asked wat the address is and have just finished writing another letter but this time to the address stated in this forum.
Hope it does work as it is hand written and my writings a bit scruffy!0 -

Their shirt buttons are awful too. the thread is ery loose on them and I always have to fix them.

They are bloomin lucky I don't sue. I love Evans and never normally have any problems with them but I'm still on antibiotics because the cut caused by the bra got infected.You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

hello, never really done much complaining, but heres my story...
stayed in a hotel in london last bank holiday weekend for 2 nights, on the second night, some drunken football fans were in the hotel setting off air horns at 2am in the morning and then again at 9am, is it worth complaining? to see what I can get back? any help much appreciated im new to this kind of thing! thanks0 -
Noyes it is worth complaining,because generally you should'nt have to put up with that when you're on holiday,if you inform the hotel then i'm sure they will apologise and give you some freebies or vouchers for the hotel, so good luck!x2 Ben&Jerry's Voucher;L'oreal Paris true match minerals;

Nohave just emailed Pepsi regarding 4 bottles of diet pepsi we bought on the weekend. opened the first bottle and it tastes like rola-cola. tastes & smells like cheap cola

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
