I suppose you might have a chance if there is CCTV covering the till at the store, if they can take the time to find the day & time of purchase (on your reciept) and check the footage to see what you actually purchased... Might be a lot of work for them though (to trawl through hours and days of film!)

You can write to Primark at:

Primark stores limited
Primark House
41 West Street
Reading
Berkshire
RG1 1TT

Or contact them by email @:
enquiries@primark.co.uk

Good luck getting a response- if you email you only get a generic reply giving useless numbers for recruitment or web address for sotre location!! I've been trying to get hold of them since the beginning of march and so far i've had no luck (i've emailed twice and sent a letter)

I know i've tried a couple times aswell. The thing is i have just sent a letter with a reciept a last week but i have not recieved a responce. I therefore asked wat the address is and have just finished writing another letter but this time to the address stated in this forum.

Hope it does work as it is hand written and my writings a bit scruffy!

Evans bras are awful for that!!!! I bought 3 less than a month ago and the wire is out on either one or both sides. I never thought to complain though to be honest- maybe I should.
Their shirt buttons are awful too. the thread is ery loose on them and I always have to fix them.

They are bloomin lucky I don't sue. I love Evans and never normally have any problems with them but I'm still on antibiotics because the cut caused by the bra got infected.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

yes it is worth complaining, because generally you should'nt have to put up with that when you're on holiday,if you inform the hotel then i'm sure they will apologise and give you some freebies or vouchers for the hotel, so good luck!

have just emailed Pepsi regarding 4 bottles of diet pepsi we bought on the weekend. opened the first bottle and it tastes like rola-cola. tastes & smells like cheap cola
. all 4 bottles have the same batch codes on them so it looks like we're going to have to throw them all out.
