I'm not much of a complainer and the only success i've had at complaining was at Icelands for dodgy fish fingers. GOT £10 though! I complained to Marks & Spencer about a sandwich a month ago and they still have not replied. Also i'm having difficulties complaining to Primark as they have no Email. Has any one complained by Email or letter to Primark as i went to customer service yesterday but they said they can not do anything as the reciept does not prove i was overcharged as they have no guarantee i don't have both items.

Beautyfluid I don't think you will have much look to be honest as its a bit like checking your change its no good leaving the store and going back ten minutes later to say you are down by £3. You have no way of prooving that you didnt purchase both dresses, if your lucky you might get something as a good will gesture.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Anybody know where to send letters to complain to Evans. Bought a bra from there last month and within the month the wire has popped through the material and rather than have the rounded end was in a sharp point and has cut in to my skin causing a not so lovely very sore cut on my left boob which was really inflamed and not very nice. Have a photo of the bra and the cut to send with the letter and the letter all typed up and ready to go.

No - but it should be moved to another board
sorry i didnt give much info really did i!
we went on a thomas cook boat trip and the people who owned the boat had their dog on there running about freely, and obviously the dog bit our daughter.
we emailled thomas cook to say that wed booked the trip with them and didnt expect our daughter to get bitten by a dog on the boat what was one of their company boat trip boats.
like, we went on an excursion run by them, so they shouldn't have allowed a dog to be on there should they. so we wrote to them complaining about the fact that they had allowed a dog on there boats.
all sounds a bit vague really but it is difficult to explain. the email was 2 A4 pages long.

    I don't understand...
Who did you send an email too?
the holiday company because a dog bite your daughter on a boat....
    what boat? whose dog?

IMO, unless there is more to it than just what you wrote i personally think that there is noone to complain too - maybe owner of dog
 so to answer you question I don't think you should take it very far...
maybe you wrote a long story too short - give a few more details...

I was scared of dogs when I was little - so always stayed well away from them :D - I left them alone, they left me alone... except those little awfull dogs, little mummy's darlings kind of things, that would bite you in the ankles just for walking by

Evans bras are awful for that!!!! I bought 3 less than a month ago and the wire is out on either one or both sides. I never thought to complain though to be honest- maybe I should.
Their shirt buttons are awful too. the thread is ery loose on them and I always have to fix them.

You can contact them online by using there contact form
