No - but it should be moved to another board
ok, ive got a good one for you to all help me with...
went on holiday, booked a trip out with the holiday company. long story short dog on the boat we went on bit my daughter. she had 3 rabies jabs whilst there, one yesterday now home and last one in 2 weeks.
written an email tonight so obviously not had a response as yet. However...
wondered how far everyone thinks we should take it? if were not happy with the response how far should we go...? considered CAB and maybe Solicitors letter. Only if were not happy with the response that is.
any advice would be appreciated- pm if you prefer :)

    thanks nic xx

emailed neill tools as bought a spade & fork which were in the sale but still cost £50. After using them a few times the spade broke in half & the one of the prongs on the fork bent really badly. Said they were under guarantee fro 10 years so am now receiving a replacement of both, excellent customer service I think!!
BEEN AWAY FOR A WHILE NOW BACK TO COMPING BIG STYLE!! :p

what a coincidence - i've stumbled upon this board moments after recieving a reply from Millies Cookies regarding a complaint i made only this morning (speedy response!)

I was refused use of a voucher (the 10 for 5 offer on the website homepage) as it was a black and white printout, I was told they dont accept photocopies!?!?!

Wrote to them using the 'contact us' box on the site and got a reply apologising, telling me it happens a lot and they are trying to deal with staff cooperation, and they have posted me a voucher for 18 free cookies.

Fab customer service (shame about the staff in the first place tho!)

    I don't understand...
Who did you send an email too?
the holiday company because a dog bite your daughter on a boat....
    what boat? whose dog?

IMO, unless there is more to it than just what you wrote i personally think that there is noone to complain too - maybe owner of dog
 so to answer you question I don't think you should take it very far...
maybe you wrote a long story too short - give a few more details...

I was scared of dogs when I was little - so always stayed well away from them :D - I left them alone, they left me alone... except those little awfull dogs, little mummy's darlings kind of things, that would bite you in the ankles just for walking by

I have a big problem and seriously need help. I am new to this but am hoping some of you lot would have better knowledge than me. I recently visited Primark and brought clothes worth £35 but was charged around £50 something. I knew something was wrong so when i came home i checked my bag and reciept. I was charged twice for a dress worth £12 when i only got one and was charged for two other tops that i had clearly stated i dont want to purchase as they were expensive but was still charged for them and
I didn't even get any. I don't know what to do! I don't want anything extra but just my money back.

Does anyone else have any experience with complaining to Primark and did you get results?

Are there any suggestions for me please?

    PLEASE HELP AND WRITE BACK!!!!!!!!!

Either take receipt back to customer services and see if they will help, if not then write HO with copy of receipt and advise you have tried c/s but they didn't help.
