Yesi have another complaint, i like free stuff. So i was cheeky and emailed to post fifce and asked if they could send me any free stamps as i am a loyal customer, they repled with a email saying we aare not a charity , which i felt was a bit rude. What do you think?
Not rude at all I'd say. Sounds like begging to me. Buy your stamps like everyone else0 -
Hi, I complained to Sayers after being ill for a wholw weekend after eating one of their sausage rolls - although they denied responsibility, they sent me £5 in vouchers. Trouble is, I'm a bit wary of eating anything at the mo'! Maybe I'll get 5 loaves....0

Noi complained a few years ago to british west indies airline after a nightmare return trip from barbados. one engine broke down one hour into the flight and we were to return to barbados, we landed in trinidad and put in a hotel for the night. next day we found out the plane had landed with only one engine working.
3 days later nobody would tell us how and when we would be going home.
then we were told air iceland would be taking us home
when i got home 4 days late i claimed from insurance for the delay and then emailed bwia to complain about the service. they replied offering me £500 flight vouchers but i replied saying i did not wish to fly on their planes again so can i have the cash. they replied and said would i accept £400 in cash.
of course i accepted and within a week a cheque arrived.

NoI recently had an unpleasant shopping experience in my local Morrisons. The guy at the deli counter forgot how to say "hello, please, thank you, bye" whereas I was pleasant to him during the whole transaction.
Then I went to get free range eggs only to notice they'd filled in the free range shelves with battery hens eggs only.
I wrote a letter to head office about this and a month later I got a letter apologising plus a £5 voucher. Enough to help us buy a nice free range chicken (a rare treat in our household!) :jIn charge of a tight budget for a family of 50 -

annoyingly, they don't appear to have one - I've had to send a letter via snailmail...All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0 -
Complained to Virgin Atlantic about a telephone booking handling, sent my complaint by email. they have credited me 3000 miles enough for a reduced price ticket in the future,;)

No - but it should be moved to another boardEw, a good one to tell you. I once found a SQUASHED SPIDER under the top layer of a Pampers nappy. I wrote about 3 letters in total and received over £40 in Proctor and Gamble vouchers. Not bad really to say the packet was on offer for about £3. Gross though.

Nowhen i was about 6 years old i found a piece of wood in a box of ready brek, my mum wrote a letter of complaint and recived loads of vouchers although she cant remember how much.
i once found what i thought was a chunk of glass a a soya sauce sachet in a pot noodle, again my mum complained as i was only young at the time and they wrote a letter explaining it was a chunk of salt not glass and gave her some vouchers.
about a year ago i was going to my boyfriends house on the bus for the first time (he has a car and usually picked me up) and i got on a bus and told the driver my destination, he gave me my ticket (that had the destination on) and i sat down about 45 mins into my journey (hour and half journey on bus normally) he pulled the over and spoke to someone on the phone for about ten minutes, about 15 mins later he pulled the bus over and told me and the other lady on the bus to get off, it was the first time i had travelled on the bus n i didnt know where i was so i asked him why i had to get off and he said he isnt going any further because he was due for a break and he was late already. i got off the bus having no idea where i was and went to the interchange station that i saw. told them what had happened and they too my ticket and filed a report (they even let me phone my boyfriend to pick me up). a few weeks later all i got was a shabby letter saying they were looking into the driver and he would be reviewed but my uncle works for the company and told me nothing was mentioned between the staff.
i never took it any further although the day it happened my boyfriends dad called the company and gave them a peice of his mind lol
