Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it sounds very much to me like you're intending to fire off 'scam' complaints to any company who doesn't actually thoroughly check if you've bought the product.

This leaves a really bad taste in my mouth - it's not far short of fraudulent.

Ditto. And the name adds to the suspicion.

I need to complain to Rimmel about one of their mascaras that I bought, the bristles are falling out and actually went into my eye and left my eye swollen and sore for two days. The trouble is I cant find their email adress anywhere... Or Coty who they are run by. :(

Complained by email to Schloer a couple of weeks ago about a faulty bottle top which meant that the drink had leaked by the time I got it home.

Having forgotten all about it, I was really pleased to receive a £5 voucher from them this morning!

ilovecompanies, you cannot blame people for being suspicious of your intentions when you had previously asked someone about having to send codes etc in regards to Hovis.
Did they ask you to send the products back, supply a barcode etc?
