No - but it should be moved to another boardilovecompanies wrote: »Did they ask you to send the products back, supply a barcode etc?ilovecompanies wrote: »Did you have to tell them any details of the product?
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it sounds very much to me like you're intending to fire off 'scam' complaints to any company who doesn't actually thoroughly check if you've bought the product.
This leaves a really bad taste in my mouth - it's not far short of fraudulent.Wins for 2009: Nada, Zip, Zilch0 -

Just for your information i wasn't accusing you of anything.
If you had problems with a product then i am sorry. I would suggest that the best thing you could do is look for the phone number on the product in question and give them a ring. They are very helpful and i am sure as you are genuine then you will be able to give them all the details they need.
Good Luck

This thread reminded me that I haven't had a reply form McDonalds regarding no running water in the toilets of one of their London branches.... Must chase them up on it. Surely if the toilets weren't flushing or the taps had no water then the rest of the building would have none and it would be illegal for them to open?0

NoI am trying to complain to HP because I bought an expensive printer from them and has constently not worked. I have used HP printers for years and never had a problem, but i then replaced my other HPs with an HP Officejet 7130 all-in-one.
Anyway i send off an email of complaint, and they replyed trying to solve the problem. I said about the problems, but they didnt really want anything to do with it. This printer was suppose to be a reliable printer, but it has never worked. Many people have this problem and is a flaw/fault they made while designing it. It should be HPs responsibility as it's there design fault.
I dont know if/what i can thretenen them with, so if anyone has any help, as i want to get this resolved.
I will be phoning up soon but i want to know what you thinkDont forget to click THANKS if I help you!!:j :j0 -
