i complained to vanish recently, i bought a can of the spray, and when i went to use it i couldnt find it..............................hahahaahahahahahahaahahaha

I complained to Royal Mail months ago because they failed to redirect some of our mail while we were paying for the service- meaning that around £70's worth of contact lenses were sent to our old address. Their only response so far is that we should go round and speak to the current occupants to see if they still have them! (we have actually tried that but they weren't there & i feel a bit rude knocking on their door when its Royal Mail who've messed up!)
Any tips on taking the complaint further?? Anyone had a similar problem?

when I moved house I had repeated problems with Royal Mail redirection and was continually told that the problem was resolved and getting sent stamps.

Eventually I wrote to the manaager and said that I didn't want stamps just the problem resolved, he refunded my money and more importantly the problem was sorted. |My advice is perservere

I'd just like to add that on inspiration from this board, i have finally got my finger out and complained to primark, british gas and b&q (all in the last hour). I let you all know how it goes.

I think I have had the best we went to jamacia and the hotel we were staying I had my credit card cloned by one of the staff anyway got a weeks free holiday in the best room:o

i emailed boots yesterday as i'msupposed to get double points on pampers nappie purchases and have never got double points yet.

they emailed back today giving me 1500 advantage points and 2 free packs of pampers + treble points on pampers purchases.

quite chuffed but seen as though i spend over 15 quid a week on nappies over the last 2 years probably gotless then i was due but a result all the same
