a certain brand of smoothies had some bad press last yr, the flavours were fermenting in the bottles, becareful with the next batch x

Yes, I e-mailed them and to to be fair, their customer service is excellent! I think they replied to my e-mail within a couple of hours with an explanation and an offer of a case of smoothies to be delivered by courier.

Yeah, their customer service is really good! Got a really quick response, and I wasn't expecting them to send anything I was just letting them know

This thread has got me thinking. Do you think anyone just picks a company they like, and (ironically) complains in order to get some free stuff sent their way?!

i hope not. if you have a genuine compalint then i see no reason why you can't let them know but if people are doing it just to get free stuff then thats pretty shocking really!!:mad:

I must admit i complain about everything after reading this thread. All have been genuine apart from one when i complained to huggies and got a £6 voucher.

After complaining to Vanish, they're sending me some vouchers to cover their carpet Powerfoam stuff that did !!!!!! all on our lounge!
