I have used on maybe 4 occasions & have always stored it in the dust bag & took care of it. the leather is coming away on the corner. i emailed radley & they said i should return it to the store however i live in durham & it was bought from cheshire. They then said to return it to them so they can investiagte. I'm a bit reluctant to send it to them any advice??
I would send it back to them, but use a 'signed for' postage service to make sure you can prove it was sent OR claim back if it goes missing.
My thoughts are that they will look at the bag & probably replace it like for like or give you the option of another bag from their latest range IF i's poor workmanship - good luck!

I complained to Thorpe Park after attending one of their Fright Nights. We were in the park for 9 hours, 4 major rides were closed and due to queues and lack of control we only managed to go on 3 rides, the last ride broke down 4 times while queing.
I found this rediculous for the expense of attending the park, after sending a letter explaining what had happened (they have no email) I received an apology and 4 free tickets to be used in May or June this year. I'm going to go on a week day when all the kids are at schoolInsert witty signature here!0 -
No - but it should be moved to another boardI visited the Vue cinema at the weekend, there toilet were disgusting, smelly dirty and toilet roll all over the floor. I tried to speak to a manager to be told they couldn't be found. I emailed them yesterday to complain and have just had an email back appologising and are sending out a cinema ticket to me.0

Nowell ive not done to bad.
we stayed at prem inn and i wrote to complain on the marks on the bed (not those kind of marks). the duvet looked like it had got caught in the wheel of a trolly. the travel cot was missing out the room and the poor lady on the front desk was the only staff member on duty !!. got whole £70 for room refunded.
tk max really wernt bothered about my letter. i was a bit miffed to be asked to donate money to charity while paying. im not tight but if i want to donate i will not coz theres a big q behind me and im pressured into it.
tescos just said sorry for people parking in the mother and baby spots when they have no children. sorry dont really cut it but...
oh and harvester agreed that the dip with the kids kickin chicken was way to hot for a child to eat. they got the manager to call me and he said its way to hot but its already mixed when they get it. so in other words it was a case of dont order it again then. not great.0 -
We booked in advance for Premier Inn once then they offered rooms at half price. After telephoning and emailing to say I was on the mailing list and hadn't had the email regarding the offer (only found out when went to print directions!) they agreed to drop my room rate to the advertised half price rate. We booked breakfast for following morning and after he'd asked us 3 times if we wanted white/brown toast and was it tea or coffee then had to wait ages for them to replace hot items. Hubby sat down with his and the beans were stone cold!!....gent on duty took our name and room no. and suggested we also write to PI which I did and got a free night in any Inn of our choice. Picked one in London got budget train tickets and theatre/meal tickets from Last Minute and had a great night out in London for about £80 all in (incl tickets/travel/accom). :j0
