NoA while ago I ate a KitKat that was completely chocolate (no wafer)! After I read this thread I contacted them and within a week they send me a £2 check! If companies actually do compensate you, you tend to buy from them more. I know its only 2 quid but if I see a KitKat alongside a Cadbury fruit and nut in a store for roughly the same price, I would buy the kitkat."People fear what they don't understand and hate what they can't conquer"0

My OH had some flowers delivered to me by M and S, the lilies were lovely but the roses looked awful and were all pretty much dead.
We emailed them some photos of the flowers and by the next day (a Sunday) someone had replied to us and asked us whether we wanted a refund or a replacement) we opted for the refund!0 -
NoHi all
Have been reading this thread with interest and funnily enough today I have used two tablets from a new box of tesco 5 in 1 dishwasher tablets. Each time the bottom layer hasn't dissolved and the wash has been poor. How do I go about complaining???
Do I write or e-mail?
which way gets the best response?0 -

I have sellotaped the Earwig to stop it moving (OK I know it will be dead soon) Sorry animal lovers.
What are my options?

Yesthought I should mention the reason I've voted to close this thread. I think this could be a bit dangerous. If people start complaining when they don't really have a complaint, just so that they can get a freebie, it will just ruin it for those who have a genuine complaint. I've seen other boards on here that are a bit like that - eg mispriced thread for Tesco. It's one thing getting consumer justice, but I don't think we benefit from ripping companies off, even if they have done it to us for a long time.Live as if your were to die tomorrow.
