NoAfter looking on here i recently complained to muller about a dodgy toffee yoghurt, they emailed me to let me know a letter was on its way, a few days letter an apology letter arrived with £5 voucher inside. WOOOHOOO0

NoI recently bought a 4-pack of tinned tomatoes, only to find one of the tins was empty, but sealed.
I complained, and was sent an envelope to send the tin back, which I did.
Surprise surprise, I've heard nothing, and now I'm told the package must have got lost in the post :mad:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

No - but it should be moved to another boardArgos! They do this all the time, missing bits from the self-assembly furniture. About 50% of the time I order something that needs manual work I need to call them up and ask for the missing parts. Thankfully they give it. Bits includes defective wood pieces, screws! etc.
I also think posting letters instead of emails is a better way to make a complaint as you need to put in more effort and the company will probably recognise this. If it's mentioned in the 80 odd pages before this post I'm sorry!0 -
