£200 a pop? People will quit their jobs and look in the biscuit aisles for product codes to complain about. Wonder how you would declare that income.0

The most i have eve had is £43.00 for complaining to PHQ, which recently opened in newbury. my 1st meal was aweful and cold, so was given a free meal which came to 23.00, their head office also sent 20.00 in vouchers for same query, so 43.00 in total.0 -

Oh and received £200 voucher from mcvities as the top and bottom biscuits in my pack were all squashed and fell onto the floor...can buy me a new pack now!
Please tell me you missed out the . that should have been between 2 and 00!

I complained on the phone about missing order from M&S (meant to deliver 5 items, only 1 arrived, massive problems bla bla wild goose chase turns out it was out of stock but noone warns me of this for over a month). Firstly was given £25 credit to my online account as an apology and refunded my monies, which I thanked them for but said I would be unlikely to use them again as they were SO rubbish.
Refund didn't show after 2 weeks, another call, turns out my account was marked to be refunded manually but noone had. Sigh. More apologies and promise of £25 vouchers to use in store would be sent.
That was two weeks ago, no sign of those 2nd vouchers, but wrote out a loooong complaint about the lack of service which I'm awaiting reply on...:rotfl:0 -
has anyone got an e-mail address for tesco please ?0
-
NoI couldnt find an email for tesco so i rang the customer services which i got from their website.
Ive had a problem with tesco this week, in one of their home plus stores (quite long story).
Over a week ago i went into a tesco home plus store and saw a storage/shelf unit which we liked and was in the sale at £22.something, we asked if they had anymore in stock but they didnt so we asked about if they would sell the one on display, they went and checked with a manager (or someone) and said they would sell the display to us when the promotion/sale was finishing as they need the display item incase more came in stock.
They wrote down their phone no and item no on a bit of till recipt and said to keep ringing to check if they had more in stock
over the week i kept ringing but none had come in stock, so as the promotion finishes tomorrow we rang up again today and asked to buy the display one but they werent very helpful at all.
They asked if we had put our name down for it but no-one asked for our details when we first went in, they then told me that they had sold the display one this morning and someone was due to collect later today! and everything they kept saying was the opposite to what was said when we went into the store,
1st they said that they never keep items aside (then why ask if we put our name down for the display item) for customers then that someone else had their name down for it, and it was 1st come 1st served.
then they said they werent going to get anymore in stock at all over the week, but when i went in they said that they have deliverys most days and to keep ringing to check on stock!
Spoke to i think it was the manager (didnt get a name) and he just said theres nothing he can do!
Now i have to go and pay £65 for the same item from tesco direct website, they dont do that range in the normal tescos either
Ive put in a complaint by ringing the customer services who said they can get the manager to ring me back from that store, but think it would be the same person as i previously spoke to, but they are going to forward the complaint onto the store as they should make it clear and be consistant with what they tell the customers.Make £10 a day Challenge June - £1700 -
YesDoes any one have the postal address for Curry's complaints please?Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. Terry Pratchett0

I got £20 from pizza express just before Christmas for complaining about a bad meal. In fairness it really was terrible, even the food was bad which is unusual for pizza express. I only really complained cos it's our local pizza ex and had been going downhill service wise for ages. In fact I ended up having a proper talk with the regional manager too which was great and has actually bucked things up. Result all round0
