NoI Complained about a tin of Quality Street (about a year ago now) which had none of the green triangles in it, they said that the sweets are inserted at random but should have some of all varietys, and got a cheque for £5 in the post.
I used the phone number to ring to complain and just had to give them the number from the base of the tin.
Also i complained recently about Crusha Milkshake which they have recently changed which is now very weak tasting and doesnt taste nice
I recieved a postal order for £5 and they are going back to the old one again now due to many complaints.Make £10 a day Challenge June - £1700 -
No - but it should be moved to another boardmisscomickat wrote: »I will write to them I think, but who should I address it to?
I'm not very good on the phone, and also calls to Dell aren't included in my free minutes, don't really want to use up more of my time and money with them.
email them via the link that you have given.
i would state that in view of the fact that you paid for next day delivery that they have in fact breeached the contract and therefore you will be looking for the full refund that you have paid within 14 days of your letter.
if they dont then you will be filfing a claim via the county courts
i had a problem with them supplying a replacement part for my computer last year after a few failded deliverys they tried to fob me off with a memory keyfob as compensation - that was rejected and i eventually settled for a new flat panel monitor
keep perserving - you should def get all your deleivery money back at the least0 -

Probably refused to give out his name as they didn't know it, that's what I've found with this type of company in the past!0 -
