My sister took my niece to see a film at Showcase Cinemas, and afterwards she complained to the manager that the theatre had been freezing cold throughout the movie, and she got free cinema tickets!

Also got some free garlic bread at Pizza Hut when I was made to wait a really long time for my order.

Oh, I just remembered something else. I ordered an iPod on Amazon that I was delighted to find much, much cheaper than anywhere else. A couple of days later, I got an email from Amazon telling me that the listed price was an error and that they couldn't sell it to me at that price. They then informed me that although they're not obliged to compensate me for the inconvenience, they were giving me a £20 voucher as a goodwill gesture. Thought that was terrific of them.

The website is correct. You need to go to the Contact Us link and it will ask you whether you would like to email NEXT and then it will take you to a email form and you can select what the nature of your query is. It includes stores, it isn't just for online or for the catalogue.

I have used that email address for complaints regarding Next stores, they just email back asking for your postal address and then write to you. You dont need a customer number.

I complained a little while ago to Bernard Matthews for its blatant false promises on its packaging.

On the bag of Turkey dippers it said "Clean plates guarenteed"

I had some turkey dippers, upon eating them my plate was far from clean, it had crumbs and greasy marks all over it.

I got a letter apologising and a £5 voucher to use against any Bernard Matthews product (which I didnt, I just scanned it in Tescos)

Use the drop downbox to change it so it isn't about the catalogue. I used the form about 2 days ago to complain about a store and no customer number was required.

I Complained to The Wheatabix company beacuse my oatabix werent mushed up properly.
They sent me 3 x £1 vouchers And A Sorry Letter
