i received a total of 125.00 from Nationwide BS, following complaining about my former Portman ISA account transfer out experiences. :beer: :j :beer:

was also only continued complaints, which resulted in Nationwide Bournemouth finally completing my Isa transfer out requests. ( 3 months after initial isa transfer out requests were made) :mad:

Latest one for me is i bought a nice pink watch from eBay and after wearing it for about a week, the strap went black!! Complained to the guy and he has sent me a new one but im sure the same thing is going to happen!!

I complained to Dawn Fresh Foods last week by email as we had a bag of frozen scampi and at least 8 of the pieces had large pieces of shell still attached to them...bearing in mind the scampi was in breadcrumbs we weren't aware until we started eating it.

I send them an email explaining situation and advising them of details on packaging.

Had a very apologetic email by return saying it would be looked into.....this morning I got a letter that was again apologetic and a cheque for £10 as a gesture of goodwill etc.

I need to make a complaint to costco and I cannot find a link to get in touch with them or the address for costco in Edmonton. Please help.

Last week I purchased lamb mince from the butchery section. I came home and cooked it and I was truly disgusted as the meat was sitting below and at the top was a whole inch of fat. I drained it to see how much would come out and from 1.5 kgs of meat I poured out approx 500grms of fat (that later solidified like butter). The experience really put me off buying any meat products from them. Has anyone had an experience like this one?

I emailed Coty (who own Rimmel) and complained that a lipgloss had a faulty lid and leaked all inside a new hand bag. They told me to post the lipgloss to them, I informed them that I actually threw the lipgloss out and they said well there is nothing we can do then!!!!! So I have lost a lipgloss and a nice bag

Thanks i will have a gander, It was acutally the Lacoste Style i had problems with a faulty lid.
