No - but it should be moved to another boardblackvelvetshoes wrote: »yes I have but when you contact them they will send you a padded envelope as they want you to send the item back to themto examine,it takes about 10 days for them to send this but they don't reply to your email to tell you that and they want all the package details too, so make a note of the batch number and best before date etc If you're going to send the item back, take a picture of it first in case. I couldn't do it as I'd thrown mine away because they didn't reply to my email  but I chased them up about it & got £7 in vouchers and an apology so worth doing
agree as said above take pictures of the item if you can and of the packaging. also state that you will be reclaiming the cost of the dental treatment and for the pain and suffering that you have incurred. dont let them fob you off with £5 off vouchers.
have you been to the dentist yet. if not see him asap and state that you broke the tooth on a hard object from the pie so that he can put it in your notes if birds eye need to see your notes at a later stage etc0 -
NoCan anyone help me with a named person and address for PC world and the Tech Guys complaints?
I want to write to someone high up but can get any joy with finding a name and they havent replied to my email
I have had a nightmare with PC World.Got a new PC last January and it crashed a few months later and wouldnt work.Had PC performance cover but they wouldnt send out an engineer. Took it into store where they just wiped all my stuff off it and told me it was fixed.Had countless problems. We rang the helpline and got told everytime to wipe all our work off and start again.I too emailed and have never received a reply.
In the end, I got so fed up, I took my computer to my local store and dumped it on the desk and refused to move until something was done. They started work on it straight away and discovered the hard drive was knackered. They kept it for 2 weeks and when I rang to see what was happening, someone had forgot to ring me.....it had been sat there for 2 weeks!!! I never really got to speak to anyone....the high up people seem pretty elusive.I asked the techie guy what happens if it goes wrong again. He told me to keep bringing it back for repair. He said it will get to a point where they will just give me a new computer.
My advice is just keep going into store and kicking up a fuss.I ended up getting sent a £30 gift voucher too.I would never buy anything again from PC World as their customer service is shocking.
I hope you get things sorted.0 -

I will never be going to the PO again as she made me feel like i had done some crime. I was the only one in there so no queue or anything. Who do i write to? thanks
I can't help you with who to write to, but I would certainly write to complain, and make sure you do it by letter rather than email, it seems to have more impact. I would recommend looking on the website to find the best person to write to - there might even be a complaints department there. If she is refusing to give you proof of purchase she is stopping you claiming on anything that may get lost so is potentially costing you money. I work in a local shop with a post office attached and they would never dream of refusing a proof of purchase however long the queue.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I wrote to the headoffice, but no reply.
I had a recent problem with Asda and there "Any 3 Wines For £10" offer.I picked 3 wines that were on the shelves with the offer written on but was told at the check-out that they were not included in the deal. I complained in the store and e-mailed them via their conact page on the website but had no reply to the e-mail and at customer services in-store I was just told that they would "Take a look later"0 -
Does anyone have the name and email address of the Head of Customer Services for ASDA Entertainment. I would like to send a letter of complaint direct to him or her...?0
