I'm an avid MSE.COM surfer but brand new to the forums.
This looks like the best place to post for advice.
I need a complaints address/ e-mail address for Johnsons baby products in the U.K.
I've searched http://www.johnsonsbaby.com/index.do selected other in country in the contact link and it took me to a dead link
then searched http://www.johnsons-baby.co.uk/ with no contact link and finally http://www.jnj.com/home.htm which, again is based in the U.S, and my intention was to use their contact us form to ask for the address but again It took me to a dead link.
Any help would be great!

I sent an email out to belkin last saturday about faulty keyboards i keep getting and just generally saying how dissapointed i am etc. Still nothing back.Things that are free in life are great, well most of the time :beer:0

NoShould i bother complaing about a very rude lady at the post office who was so rude that i had 8 small parcels to post and refused to print out proof of postage, she has been rude to me before, but figued it was as it was end of the day, on this occasion mid morning, am i likely to even get a reply from them as it is the royal mail! I will never be going to the PO again as she made me feel like i had done some crime. I was the only one in there so no queue or anything. Who do i write to? thanks0

NoEmailed Kinnerton and Studio on Sunday evening - Studio for charging me P&P on a code I had posted to me that should have cancelled that out, and Kinnerton cos both of the Simpsons advent calendars from them were a bit 'greasy' on the front and all the chocolates so far in one of them have seperated and the white stuff is on the front.
Heard nothing :rolleyes: Will give them till Friday and email again if nothing has been heard.0 -
No - but it should be moved to another boardi brought a computer from dell and just over a year later the motherboard fan was starting to go.
i emailed them and they sent out the wrong fan on 3 seperate occasions. i complained to one of their managers and he was very unhelpful. i then sent a strongly worded letter to them and they sent someone out to replace the fan - took them 2 attempts though.
i then emailed to compensate me for the haslle etc.
they first offered me a usb key drive at first which i didnt accept , then a printer, they then said i could have an item upto £150.00 which i then got another lcd montitor - result !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
NoI am so frustrated just now.
I made a booking with Fast Lane Couriers today, who I use quite a bit through work and are usually pretty good (they send DHL drivers).
Anyway, today I used (sorry, tried to use) them to send a personal parcel. Booked it on Tuesday for collection today between 9am and 5pm, the driver didn't turn up and customer service couldn't tell me why. I really did need the parcel to be delivered tomorrow but I thought, nevermind, just one of those things.
Until i read their terms and conditions!
"Please note if the customer cancels a booking before the collection has been attempted a £5.00 charge will be applied, however if the customer cancels at the time of, or after the collection has been made the customer will be charged in full."
"While regrettable, sometimes a collection does not take place as schedule due to factors outside the DHL driver’s control - such as traffic congestion, rural locations, weather, etc. If your parcel is not picked up, please call Fast Lane customer service to reschedule another pick up."
Are you kidding me??!!
If I break my side of the deal I have to pay cold hard cash, if they break it I have to call up and rearrange!!!
I know it's what we should expect from these people but it's really hit a nerve, FURIOUS! :mad:0 -

yes I have but when you contact them they will send you a padded envelope as they want you to send the item back to themto examine,it takes about 10 days for them to send this but they don't reply to your email to tell you that and they want all the package details too, so make a note of the batch number and best before date etc If you're going to send the item back,take a picture of it first in case. I couldn't do it as I'd thrown mine away because they didn't reply to my email :mad: but I chased them up about it & got £7 in vouchers and an apology so worth doing0
