NoI don't know if it has already been mentioned as I can't be bothered to trawl through 65 pages, but I use the following site for a lot of my complaints...

If it has already been mentioned I do apologise....0 -
Has anyone ever had any success complaining to Wetherspoons? I go there a lot but there's one place i try to steer clear off as i had bad experiences in the past, food being served on dirty plates and things like that, however i was stuck for something to eat and it was the only option available to me last night.
Partner and I ordered two beer and burger options, sometimes it is a bit hit and miss and it's better other times than others but these were disgusting, both our rolls were half black and solid from being toasted, and so was the chicken, completely overcooked, solid and unedible.
I don't have the courage to go up to the counter, also as i am young and i had been drinking i thought they would just think i'm making trouble.
All i can see on there website is an email form, will they just ignore this? Is the "weather centre" as it's called their head office?
Any help much appreciated0 -

On a Friday we do our shopping and we usually get Asda's own mince, and we alsways use it on the Satuarday so dont bother freezing it just pop it in the fridge, well the last twice we have done this and gone to use it on the Saturday it has turned brown and has clearly gone off, we usually just bin it, but im actually getting fed up with it now, it only costs 2.19 but its not the point as its never by it sell by date when it happens.
What do you guys think, do you think I shoudl write to Asda and complain about it?
Thanks
If you go to customer service they should refund and replace, provided you have your till receipt. I wasnt expected to take the item back in - however I did ring them previously and tell them of my complaint.
If it is an ongoing problem however, I would write to head office and tell them. It is possible that they are not correctly storing the mince between receipt of delivery and putting it on the shelves. If this is the case, I am sure they would like to know about it.
Make sure that you confirm that the items purchased are refridgerated at home within "x" timescale - ie. they are not sitting on the bus/in the car for two hours before being refridgerated.
It would be great to know what response you get.I'm a nutter :j0
