I wrote to Pizza hut because of a ridiculous amount of errors one night including, not delivering dips with any of the wedges or pizza with the edges you dip + they put chicken wings in the vegetarian starter selection lol!
I called the store who said they were sending someone back out who never" arrived... so i ended up sending a comment to their website and got a 10pound voucher from them

I'm still having problems with pixmania, took out finance to purchase a few items... one of which was never delivered and they said they'd give me a refund... but I actually wanted the product. It's all belly up and today the finance company have sent me a cheque for the item amount! Even though the payment hasn't been made yet... I don't think i'll be buying from them ever again anyway

oh and when I was about 7 there was a screw in a meatball, they sent us 25pound cheque I guess that was pretty good for those daysNo person is your friend who demands your silence, or denies your right to grow. :kisses2:0 -
NoOn a Friday we do our shopping and we usually get Asda's own mince, and we alsways use it on the Satuarday so dont bother freezing it just pop it in the fridge, well the last twice we have done this and gone to use it on the Saturday it has turned brown and has clearly gone off, we usually just bin it, but im actually getting fed up with it now, it only costs 2.19 but its not the point as its never by it sell by date when it happens.
What do you guys think, do you think I shoudl write to Asda and complain about it?
Thanks
Was it actually off? Beef does turn brown when its 'maturing' and its still perfectly safe to eat (some people would say its better).0 -
NoHi, my complaint was with a chain of restaurant/bars we visited for dinner [in a capital city].
In a nutshell, food is supposed to be delivered in 15 minutes or free. It wasn't delivered in this timeframe, when I mentioned this to the waiter, he cut me off and made up 3 lame excuses for the reason the food would not be free. Was rude and mumbled something about me as he walked off [which we clearly heard!] I felt embarrassed in front of my party and we all agreed we wouldn't return, even tho the food was great! [shame]
I sent two messges via their 'contact me' section on the website and never heard a reply. Fed up with total lack of response, gathered as many email addresses of the bars around the country and emailled my complaint asking for someone to pass onto senior management for me for a response.
Email received at 10.00 the next morning profusely apologising and offering dinner for myself and friends next time free [Your experience is
inexcusable and we hope we will be able to redeem ourselves to you]
I thought their email was very well written and thoughtful and am happy that they have now taken the time to set this straight.....
now, tell me, would you return for the free meal [knowing that you've probably got the restaurant staff into trouble and what they could possibly do to your food when you come back in for the free meal?!]
I have been asked to take the email from the head office [per above] when I go for the complimentary meal... so they'll know I was the complainee!0 -

We had dinner for my birthday ( a couple of months back now ) at quite a posh place, and it was awful - lots of the dishes had run out (we were sat at the table by 7.30pm so not too late really), the staff took forever to do anything, I went to the WC and there were two staff standing on the stairs planning their weekend and wouldn't move out of my way so I had to try and squeeze past them and it generally wasn't the stress free wonderul food experience we were hoping for. I complained and after a bit of investigation and detailing from me, they invited me back for a free meal with my OH, to show me they could do things right. We went and I was a little worried about spit in my food, but to be honest it was the best meal I have ever had - I think they know they have to be extra good to you if you go back and therefore you're safe - or they don't know you've got a complimentary meal because of complaining, it could be you won a competition or something, so you should be safe. Just enjoyDo not feed the trolls please.0
