NoI complained to Odeon cinemas, we went to see Harry Potter the picture quality was awful, kept going black & white & crackly, there was well over 30 minutes of trailers/adverts but they have not got back to me yet. I always, always write a letters of complaint when something is not correct or to standard and I have had mostly excellent responses. This is my best two weeks ago.
I ordered cutlery from an Internet site and one of the six fish blades did not match, it was the same design but slightly larger, heavier and the angle of the handle was different. As this is a long story I will cut it short to say that I ended up contacting the manufacturer and after a few days I ended up with 13 fish blades and six steak knives as a compensation gift. I do intend to return 7 blades but I am still waiting for an email to tell me the contact name and address.
The steak knives cost £41.50, I was mega pleased and my faith in the company was restored0 -
