I did the Felix get a free £1.50 voucher and filled in all my details and also entered the competiton. It then came up with sorry no offer currently available so I e-mailed them and said I thought it was inappropriate for them to take alll my details and then withdraw all the offers and competitions. I got a wonderful e mail and a letter of apology and £4 in vouchers.

I thinnk that this is wonderful customer service and I thanked them accordingly.

Only go for this if you have a problem woth the website if you try it as they are aware they had a problem with it. So if yopu did not get through give it a go!!

i complained to KFC ont eh 13th august about a meal i bought.
i bought zinger box meal and paid extra to have it towered. knowing they are pretty slack i said to guy make sure its towered 3 times so he wouldnt forget. gets the meal and guess what? it isnt towered, lol. what a muppet. also instead of hotwings he decided to put a drumstick in the box instead! also there was no zinger sauce, he actually put garlic mayo on the burger instead of zinger sauce. i hate garlic mayo!! :D

i called the number given on the website to call to which i was very nice and explained other orders i had were as gorgeous tasting as usual but say they got my meal wrong was an understatement.

Am still waiting to hear back ans if heard nothing by friday i shall call them again and write a nice letter explaining my situation.

Just remembered this story about my mum @ Tesco's.

She went to buy some bath towels and wanted some of the expensive ones (!! im younger, i dont get it). after getting her towels and working out it would be £39.95 for them all. after going through the til she realised they had only charged her £34.95. Being a bit of do gooder she went to CS and explained that she had paid to little for the towels and didnt want to be seen as stealing. the CS assistant was quite happy and result was::

refunded for full £39.95 ( more than she paid, profit £5) and then also said she could keep the towels.

total result i think. honesty does pay :D

I wrote to colgate palmolive about their soft & gentle deoderant which had ruined 3 of my tops. I had a letter back with £8 in vouchers but I decided to pursue it further as the tops were worth more and all from sets so to get the tops again i'd have to buy the sets. After a bit of chasing I received a cheque for £39 to cover the cost of the tops (which I had to send for analysis) and the vouchers so not bad in my book.

Hey, my friend works in KFC and he says its always better to complain straight away to the highest member of staff there and you will get a load of free stuff. If they cant help then i think you do get vouchers for most chicken places.

Sorry for wondering but what was your response or were you too dumbstruck to reply?! I know I would have been!
I was flabberghasted, didn't know what to say at all! In the end I just hung up because I wasn't getting anywhere, had been on the phone for 20 minutes and I didn't want to waste one more minute!

I complained to Pizza Hut - we went there on our anniversary and the service was terrible! The restaurant was almost empty but they took forever to serve - instead preferring to chat in the bar area amongst them selves. I emailed customer services and said that we had received well bleow the usual high standard of service and I received vouchers as an apology.
