No - but the title needs to changeIVE HAD SUCCSESS WITH MCDONALDS!!!
E-Mailed them about appauling services at one of he local branches. (basically they took 20 minutes to cok apple pies and so our food was freezing cold!)
i got this reply:
Dear Miss
Thank you for contacting us about your visit to our
,
restaurant.
I agree with your sentiments that the level of service you received on the day in question was
most undesirable. For any of our customers to be subjected to the poor standards you describe
is unacceptable and not in keeping with McDonald's high standards. As such, I am
appreciative that you brought this matter to our attention and offer my sincere apologies for
your poor visit.
As a company we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction and high standards of quality,
service and cleanliness at all times. I regret this has not been your experience on this
occasion.
Your comments are taken seriously by us and have been passed to the management team at
Coventry, Canley. The details of your complaint will be used as part of their assessment of
the restaurant's performance and procedures. These ongoing reviews help to identify any
areas needing improvement within the restaurant.
You are clearly a regular and loyal customer and we thank you for your custom.
To make amends for your spoilt visit I have sent a voucher to put towards a future meal with
our compliments. I trust this is well received.
Again, thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us.
Regards
Kim Rezk

So i have a voucher on the way! usefull as its the holidays! lol
will keep posted when it arrives and for how much it is!
Good luck to others!
They do seem to come through, i made a point to mention the distress to younger memners of the family and how they havent asked to go back when usually they are dyeing to go and have a treat!
Just to say that you do realise the workers in Mcdonalds know where these vouchers are from and why you have them !
If I were you I would watch very carefully which burgers etc they give you.
Also the fact that you maybe using a different Mcdonalds to the one you complained about doesnt matter, the people that work there dont know that it wasnt their shop you complained about do they :eek:If you dont ask you dont get!!0 -
No|I dont think the vouchers say COMPLAINT VOUCHER all over them though0

NoHi Everyone
I just wanted to ask, when you complain about the product or service, do you take the -
nicey nicy apporach ( i allways use this product or service, i love it and have never had any problems with it but .........) or
the not so nice approach ( i will never use this service or product again, i am a very unhappy customer and i will tell all my friends and family to do like wise.......)or
Another style that i have not thought of yet ???
i just wanted to know how you complain what way has had the best results.
Thanks for your help Ax0 -
NoI was at Frankie & Benny's last week. Had a decidedly average meal. Sent the garlic bread back and got another one... then had a decidedly rubbish dessert.
So when the bill came, i just simply asked for them to remove the dessert from the bill as i wasn't paying for it. It was an apple crumble thing with ice cream, and the ice cream was a pool of milk by the time it got to the table, the crumble was strong and needed ice cream to make it more palatable.
The server wasn't happy but i thought well what the heck, i'm less than impressed with the whole lot, sure i'm not paying for everything.
I love standing up for consumer rights, it's kinda empowering!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
No^^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Nice good for you!
Any One know the email address to complain to samsung, as i have cut my finger open on a samsung d900 phone many times, and my mp3 player broke 2 months after i bought it, they would not repair it as when i bought it brand new in america he did not stamp the warranty card.
The PmiesterWell, I just got into town about an hour ago.
Took a look around, see which way the wind blow.0 -
NoHey guys.
My sister (being a big kid she is!) once bought me a roll of Hubba Bubba bubble gum. I opened it to find a fly squashed into the bubble gum, which as you can imagine was pretty digusting! So I wrote a letter of complaint, and they sent a letter of apology back, and also 6 rolls of Hubba Bubba bubble gum
Also, I once bought a DVD off Amazon as a gift for someone. However, when I recieved it, I found it was a pirate copy, and the case was all broken and the cover was all in foreign. I wrote an email of complaint to the sender, and he gave me a full refund and told me to just bin the DVD. I re-ordered another copy as a gift, and kept the pirate copy, which works perfectly!0 -
NoHey all you complainers!!!
I worked as a manager for Mcdonalds for 3 years whilst at uni. Most of the staff there dont give a hoot about customers so if you have any problems or complaints ask for the shift runner or store manaer and if you problem is genuine then they will suck up to you to keep you happy and coming back.
I awalys gave free food to all complaints because firslty it should be correct first time and secondly i treated customers how i would like to be treated.
Glady now i dont work there but complain if its not rights when ever i eat macs.
So my point is.... Complain to the managers not staff:confused: If i didnt have any bad luck id have no luck at all!!£2 Savers Club - £22£365 in 365 days - 21/3650
