Princessmoneysaver, I've complained to Tesco today after finding a couple of their own brand nappies with no velcro strips!

My best result so far was after I bought a tin of value chopped tomatoes in Somerfield for around 9p, opened the tin and tipped it directly into the spag bol I was making and out plopped about 5 plum tomatoes, not chopped. I wrote to SF saying how lovely the tomatoes were but I had expected them to be chopped, although from now on I shall be buying plum toms as I can chop them in far bigger bits myself which I prefered. Just thought I'd let them know.

5 days later received a £10 voucher for my comments! :D

I complained to McDonalds about a visit to one of there stores.

Recieved a lovely email back and a £5 voucher in the post a few days later.

Did you contact them via email? Because I sent them 5 emails in total, but no result. It always says "couldn't be sent, error, etc." I guess, there should be different email address from the one on their website.

    Thanks.

As there wasn't a warranty when bought second hand i doubt they'd do anything.
But it depends how old the product is as it may still be under manufactuers warranty.
