Bought DVD recorder off amazon, it didn't work properly, sent it back and they sent a replacement, this worked for a few months but then stopped working, I sent it back and got a full refund. I then complained as the malfunction meant my recordings of open university programmes overnight on bbc2 which I need for the course I am studying failed. I also mentioned that when requesting the return authorisation on their website, their site told me at the top of the page to send it to an address in Scotland, and on the very next paragraph on the same page told me to send it to a completely different address in England! They sent me a £10 amazon voucher.

Got £6 of lynx deodorant after complaining about there new design cans the plastic thingy somehow comes out of line with the hole of the cap and squirts against the side of the hole.

Allthough they said theyd look into it but im still finding im having the same problems.

Anyone else come across the.

yes marc its all to do with the new design they all got manufactured properly and they didn't test them properly, alot of people got the problem, i did but i haven't complained yet, infact im gonna do that now!

i complained to tescos head office after i brought a laptop and had to take it back as it had broke. the problem was that they were now reduced and the shop assistant said she couldnt put it through at the reduced price. when i spoke to someone at my local extra store she said that she should of refunded my money and gave a new one at the new price . i had my receipt so i wouldnt of thought this would of been a problem.. head office passed it onto the store where i brought the item from but they werent interested... does anybody know where i stand ??

As far as i'm aware as you purchased it at the original price that is the price they only need to honour as you're only swapping/exchanging the item.
