Did you contact them via email? Because I sent them 5 emails in total, but no result. It always says "couldn't be sent, error, etc."
I guess, there should be different email address from the one on their website.
Thanks.
I just used the contact us form for McDonalds, it take about 2 weeks for them to get back to me - I thought they had forgotten about me.
Email the store you went to, they should have a sign up instore with phone number/address and email address.0 -
NoIVE HAD SUCCSESS WITH MCDONALDS!!!
E-Mailed them about appauling services at one of he local branches. (basically they took 20 minutes to cok apple pies and so our food was freezing cold!)
i got this reply:
Dear Miss
Thank you for contacting us about your visit to our
,
restaurant.
I agree with your sentiments that the level of service you received on the day in question was
most undesirable. For any of our customers to be subjected to the poor standards you describe
is unacceptable and not in keeping with McDonald's high standards. As such, I am
appreciative that you brought this matter to our attention and offer my sincere apologies for
your poor visit.
As a company we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction and high standards of quality,
service and cleanliness at all times. I regret this has not been your experience on this
occasion.
Your comments are taken seriously by us and have been passed to the management team at
Coventry, Canley. The details of your complaint will be used as part of their assessment of
the restaurant's performance and procedures. These ongoing reviews help to identify any
areas needing improvement within the restaurant.
You are clearly a regular and loyal customer and we thank you for your custom.
To make amends for your spoilt visit I have sent a voucher to put towards a future meal with
our compliments. I trust this is well received.
Again, thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us.

Can someone please tell me what's the address for a complaint to M&S?
They've been hopeless with their summer sale, and I've called a zillion times regarding my order, but noone is capable of doing anything!0 -
Just called up Future publishing to complain as to why I was missing 6 pages out of my nintendo book, they were literally torn out! They apologised and stated that they had been informed last min, it was 'inappropriate content', but while on the phone, I queried about not having recieved any details of my subscription, and talked about the fact they had run out of free bags when I signed up - as a result, she's sending me the free bag I should have had 6 months ago when I signed up! Well chuffed~*Cerenia*~
