No - but it should be moved to another boardI wrote a letter of complaint to Comet after they refused to give me a refund on a broken vacuum because I didn't have 'proof of purchase' - other than the fact that the product was a 'comet exclusive'... also complained about the terrible attitude of the employees which included referring to a customer as a '!!!!!!! idiot'...
Got a letter in response basically saying that they couldn't give a toss.0 -

I recently went to shop in my local well known supermarket, I purchased a double pack of jaffa cakes. (my kids love em). Only when I got them home the kids said they tasted funny. After checking the date I realised they were a month out of date. The jaffa cakes cost me 1.43. I sPOke to the manager at the store who was very nice and offered me 30 pound in shopping vouchers. (RESULT) So the following week my weekly shop cost me just 11.76. Well chuffed.
I also emiled huggies after the tab that fastens the nappy snapped off, 3 of them did this one after the other, I emailed the problem and was immediately emailed back with a very nice apolagy and confirmation that a 25 pounds voucher for huggies was on it's way and could be used for nappie or wipes.0 -
NoI complained to Fairy about a lump of chalk like material in a box of soap powder . I thought it was a lump of soap powder that had stuck , but was REALLY hard , and had no "blue" bits in.
They sent a £5 voucher :j
Also i complained to Odeon about the staff talking whilst asking me what i wanted... i had to repeat my order THREE times , as she kept talking!
This morning they sent me 6 FREE tickets for a film of my choice! :j :jJames thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere
If i help you...Please thank me! :beer:0 -

Just expensive looking packaging !0
