Anyone know what a K1 is then? Have tried twice to get through to Camber but no-one wants to answer the phone. She said on the phone I think that she was putting me in a 2bed classic upstairs as long as we took our own travel cot

Wife, 2 kids and I will be there, still trying to think of a little subtle sign like a badge or sticker to wear so we can all smile at each other.0 -

Hi. I tried to get one at Brean Sands as my best friend recently moved near there after a nasty split with b/f, this would have been the ideal chance to check up on her. Do you think if I keep trying over the next week that I might get lucky or has this offer definately finished.0

There's a new code floating about but no-one seems to know what it is yet.1 John 4: 7 & 80 -
Hi Cookiesncream
I too have been searching for a new code as I was unlucky with the other ones and wasnt able to get a holiday for myself and my son. I did an internet search for code + newspapers and for code alone but to no avail.I will keep searching and post imm if i find it.
Just a word of advise Pontins are currently charging for the childrens activities ranging from £1.50 to £4.50 or a package starting at £5.00 for three. This can get a little expensive for those with a few children in the group along with food and the required alcohol in the bars!!!!!. But those who got it for free may not mind this. From aprox August onwards they are included in the holiday.
Hope all those who are going away have a fantastic time especially since the weather has turned soooooo good.0 -
I was lucky enough to grab a weekend in Hemsby 7 July.... Thought I would look at the weather forcast to see if I could expect it to be as lovely as this weekend has been..... RAIN!!!! Oh well, fingers crossed it doesn't!0

I'm not so bothered about the activities and facilities in the camp as we'll be spending minimal time there. I am just concerned about the accommodation. I'm not expecting 5* luxury but just want to feel reassured that it isn't going to be hazzardous to health!! I'll be taking cloths, dettol and flash spray but a bit of reassurance from anyone who has been previously would reassure me.
Thanks
We are just back from Prestatyn, (Work/School meant we couldn't stay last night, Boo!!). Apartments were basic, clean enough but would advise air freshner on your list of essentials!! We arrived about 10pm on Friday night and at first apartment was a bit whiffy!! But as weather has been lovely we got all doors and windows open first thing in the morning then after that, no more problem. This weekend camp was at least half empty so no wonder they are giving holidays away!! Nice beach is very close and swimming pool is perfectly adequate. My 3 little ones had a ball!! Enjoy your break!!0
