Hope that helps anyone.
It does seem to depend on who you get on the phone? When I booked I was told I needed to upgrade to 2 bed because there's 5 of us, but in the brochure it says a 1 bed classic should sleep 5
Someone called me back from Pontins because I complained that at the time of booking it wasn't explained what I was getting for my £30 (I thought I'd upgraded not just got an extra room), they also told me that there are no 1 bed club appartments left but offered me a 2 bed club for an extra £25, which after reading this thread we took. It's not a lot for the hassle of taking towels and tea bags (sounds daft but with 3 kids I've enough to pack) and the kids will enjoy the digital TV because we wont be able to spend much time in the bar!
It's still great to get a weekend away for £55 but I'm not happy that I was told I had to "upgrade" when clearly I didn't.Desperately seeking [STRIKE]Mr. Squiggles,[/STRIKE] car and garage, [STRIKE]surf board, ball, funhouse,[/STRIKE] wheel, slide and pet carrier :rotfl::santa2::think: :snow_laug0 -
I can't see how the one bed would sleep 5!?
ours had two very small single beds, and a sofa bed, so unless three are kids who can squeeze in together then I'd say you need the 2 bed.
Hope everyone has a good time!Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -

When we were at Prestatyn, we noticed some of the chalets had bunks in them. So I'm guessing the one bed chalets have a bunk and a single bed in the bedroom, and then there is the sofa/bed in the main living area, making a total of five.0 -

Hi we're at Prestatyn too this weekend, it'd be great if we could think of a way to recognise fellow msers, I don't have any of the bumper stickers or things mentioned earlier. Any suggestions? Depending on how many are going we could just give descriptions of ourselves?Desperately seeking [STRIKE]Mr. Squiggles,[/STRIKE] car and garage, [STRIKE]surf board, ball, funhouse,[/STRIKE] wheel, slide and pet carrier :rotfl::santa2::think: :snow_laug0 -
