Had a card from Royal Mail through the door for a letter that needs a signature. I'll bet you all a bag of crisps it is the documents from Citi saying they will be attending and the outline of their argument. They are being so stubborn and just not paying up until they are really forced to (only case so far has been one at the Mercantile High Court)

That means, as soon as the money appears and clears in my account, that I can pay off my last two CC's. Which will mean all my unsecured debt is gone!

After the dust settles, I will have (not counting citi's £375 until I get it) £3,900 lor £4,400 (if I count the money from Citi) left for the car and to put into savings to start saving towards paying my secured loan off early.

Treated myself to 2 bottles of yellow sticker reduced Magner's from Asda!!

And, I don't have to cook tonight as i'm doing the mystery shop home takeaway delivery job tonight!

wellllllllllll.................OH just called to say he had driven past a Honda Civic Coupe for £1,995. P reg, red, sporty tyres etc etc........whizzed off to have a look........mmmmmmmm.........it is fab........the garage must have only just got it because it isn't on auto trader yet and it wasn't there when I called to ask about a car 3 days ago.......off to look the book price up now!!!!
