Your right it does, ah well, we can waitWell, to be fair, the form does say it...
Page 5 only includes how to add accounts. Unfortunately these instructions are based on if the parent account is an admin account, Which it is no longer.
The only admin account is the misco support account to which we do not have the password.
Extreemly frustrated
Sorry was just trying what i have read on here.
Hope you get through to them, can you email them to save further wasted credit?0 -
i had same problem as you saffron92 so i phoned them up and you have to use your caps lock for the letter m in miscoHi, was wondering if anyone could help with my small problem. Received Samsung R519 today from Misco. Have been trying to log into Misco support to change administration settings. Password "misco" does not work. Have tried to phone support number given and was put on hold and it has eaten my last £4.01 phone credit. Anyone have the answer or a different password suggestion?
Many thanks0 -

I didn't think we could access that account?
I understood it to be something they use if we ever need any support from them...
The password 'Misco' was the way into the parent user account on our laptop.
It doesn't work for the Misco support user account.0 -

It's one per household as far as I am aware.0 -
Afraid it's 1 per household. you can buy a desktop with the voucher though if that's easier to share.Hi all I applyed for a laptop for my 11 year old (not heard back yet) but my ex has just given me custody of my eldest son he is 12 so he is now living with me,i was just woundering can i claim for a laptop for him or do they have to share 1?
