I received a notice of entitlement yesterday for a computer for my son, without this site I wouldn't have known about it! Many thanks.0

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! O NO NO NO NO NO! What do you mean 21st of june is the deadline? Do you mean for ringing them up and asking for an application, or for them to recive the application from you? Please reply ASAP as I haven't send the application out yet, and seen as its the weekend, I will have to wait for the post office to open... And seen as that is the 21st, does it mean I am too late?
OMG I feel like crap now!
I think its to call them by that date to ask for a form but i would send it anyway if you can on Monday morning.0 -

I'm sending my app out tommorow morning. I just hope they accept it in time. I do have a question for you... Would it make a difference if I send it next day delivery? Or am I only allowed to send whats on the freepost emvolope?
Also, what happens if I've lost the emvolope? Can I send it in any old one, with the same address? Thanks!0 -
Marv02, give the helpline a ring on 0333 200 1004, I found them very helpful and friendly, I'm sure they'll be able to answer your questions.0

I don't think its possible. The cards they send you are only useable on specific sites, so I don't think it would be a Visa... I actually asked this, I wanted to know if I could use it in PC World, but they only allow the money to be taken out for specific things. I mean, they prices on the laptops ARE grossly over-priced, but I can't complain as its free at the end of the day.0 -
Just received my child benefit letter today after requesting it last week. I told the man on the phone what it was for, but am a bit worried because the letter didn't have my children's names on. Will this make any difference to my application?0
