    Yes, I even tried that (well at least i'm sure I did!) Will try another one, suppose it cant do any more harm.

    hi, we have an income of under 16,000 but we get child and working tax credits. We have 2 children at school/collage. Does anyone know if we qualify??? One of them is in year 9, so need to sort out asap.

    You need child tax credits only not working tax credits, unsure how you have both, or even if you can?

    im still waiting on the card so i can order my laptop. i got the pin today so surely its not going to be too much longer :)

    I didnt need the pin when i ordered online, i think you will get it very soon. Mine came the day after.

    if your in receipt of working tax credit you will not qualify , its family tax cred only

    try giving them a call things do get lost in post i received my payment a few days after my confirmation letter , from start to finish of applying and actually receivig the laptop was 23 days ...think i was a lucky one :j
