Do you mean a tram in the city centre? Like from Piccadilly to Piccadilly gardens?

I see your in Oldham, Shame they closed the Oldham loop (See my boyfriend did teach me something, he works at Piccadilly on the big grey trains :P ) as your OH could have travelled for free on that train?

Couldnt your OH get a FirstYear as I suggested then see if its possible to get a cheap monthly metrolink ticket with a £26 bus card extra (System1 ticket that allows travel on any Manchester Bus)

I'm not being nasty, Just trying to help you save some cash :)

    Victoria to Piccadilly gardens- Yeah
You see OH isn't BR yet (will be very soon) and I was worried to signing up to the year pass until this. When he is on earlies he get the train to ashton then a bus home. when he's on lates so he get the last bus he gets the tram over to Pic Gardens. so only needs about a six pound or so.

    Thanks

I know the shifts can be killer if you don't have a car as I see with my boyfriend.

I wouldn't know what would happen if he signed up and went BR sorry :(

However I would look into the bus card extra see if thats possible :)
