Tell me to shut up but if your OH is buying the £55 system one ticket couldnt he just buy a FirstMonth or for the operator he travels on as nearly all in Manchester offer a cheaper ticket than the System1 ticket

I don't know if its allowed as will it be classed as credit? but If you can go on a FirstYear ticket you get 2 months free (£55 by direct debit for 10 months) so you'll be saving £110 compared to FirstMonth tickets

Wait, Why would he get a metrolink tram? They don't run in Ashton? Unless you mean a train :)

I went on a train years ago - horrid - on 2 crutches no one would stand up for me, and then I pratictly had to crawl along the station to get to the taxi

best night ever - went to see celion dion in concert someone got me tickets for my birthday, and when I had the accident MIL said she wouldn;t mind if I sold them, I said I was going even if I had to get there on my hands and knees LOL

If he can't get the train (free as he works for them) with a connecting bus
then he gets a tram over to the bus stop

Well I don't know, I only logged off for a few hours and look what I missed! Glad to see that the other users have been able to cheer you up Curly, excluding the obvious! Take care.
