  • I've been a bad girl! I fell off the wagon. I have been away from home studying for my masters degree. I was staying with my Mum and although we went out one night I was very good and had a healthy meal and no pudding and I did ride her exercise bike one night. But not much else I'm ashamed to say.

I am sticking to my healthy eating plan and am going to the gym tomorrow so I feel back on track. (And I have lost 4 lb since January so not all bad).

Hope everyone else is doing well with their quest.
  • I went to the gym yesterday and have booked a review of my programme for Thursday so feeling really good this week. Scales are kind, I've now lost 5 lb since January - a bit slow, but at least it's going in the right direction now. Have a meeting to go to now but I might do my exercise dvd when I come back. Keep up the good work everyone.
  • Hi!

I have been to my yoga class today, it was one to one, just me and the teacher so all that individual attention fro £6 was great!

So 2/3 so far this week. Something will have to go really wrong for me not to get my 3 this week.

    2/3 so far.

Got OH to take me and J out on Sunday for a walk - he walks dead fast and pushing the pram as well made me feel shattered when I got home!

Nice long walk today to get the chunk weighed - so I had 15lbs 11ozs strapped to my front!

Swimming tomorrow - although that's more for Jack's benefit than mine!

Wii Fit on Friday or Saturday to get my 3!

Good to have a man join us. Will add you to the list razer12121

Have just finished doing the big workout 4 from fitness tv. Trying to mix it up so i dont get bored - did consider going jogging this morning but then this thought popped right out of my head again. I prefer dvds/fitness programmes as i can do them when i want and i enjoy them more.
