OOOps , I overdid it a week or so ago on the Wii active ( all those lunges) and ended up with muscle strain on thigh muscles ( feels like they have been wrenched and very painful) so have had to abandon my routine for a few days until i get better because any further exercise was making it worse. I have been doing some walking though . My advice would be to Take it slowly and build it up gradually or end up paying for it with muscle strain . Tonight though I'm back to it , but going to avoid doing squats and lunges for a at least another day or two0

Definately will add you to the list. They says 3 pounds a week is steady weight loss so I think it is and we will help you keep motivated on here.I'm here

Hi everyone, been really busy this last week or two, but still working hard on acheiving my 3 a week! Back into the gym scene and doing well on my new programme. I clearly wasn't working hard enough on my last programme - I couldn't believe I found so many new muscles!
Watching the Biggest Loser is always a real motivator for me, watching people with such large amounts of weight to lose makes me think, if they can do that then I can surely lose another half a stone!
Have a good week everyone.0
