  • Theres so many dodgy websites no-a-days selling these fake products.

People say that if you see ghd's for less that £85/90 , they are going to be fakes !
The loopy one has gone :j
  • Thanks for all the advice, not going to risk it from that site.

Seems it's going to be even more expensive than I thought.

    Girls ay...:p
  • Hiya looking to get some new pink and white ghds, they did have them on beautybay for £109 but they've gone now, the best price I can see is on a website called Tanglesonline at £110. I have checked the site checker on ghd site and they say they are a valid site. Do you think this is the best price I will get?

Price: £128.08 Inc Vat (£109.00 Exc VAT ) Goods will normally be dispatched by 1st Class post within 48 hours of receipt of your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) These items SHOULD
be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch but this is not guaranteed.
Parcels are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions. They have up to 15 working days to deliver 1st Class Mail before they class any item as late or lost and will not answer queries before then.

Ive been looking for some myself and apart from this site, everywhere else is £135.00 inc VAT with next day delivery.

I am a bit dubious about ordering from somewhere that doesnt dispatch for two days and then only being sent out first class post because if they didnt arrive it would be mid-december before you can even query it with that company
  • Cheers sam, I did see the vat thing but when you put them in your basket and go to check out it only says 109. I'll leave it a bit though, they may come back onto beauty bay or if not i'm hoping there'll be another 20 percent code for asos that will work for ghds, that would bring them to 108 with them. fingers crossed!

  • Hi there - I'm looking to take advantage of the GHD / ASOS thing at the moment. Problem is, I dont really know the differences between all the different types!? I know I just want normal regular ones, not the wide ones, not the super mini pocket size ones, just regular ones that they use in the salons etc. Which are those!? I just cant work it out!!!

Hiya, think you want the IV Ultimate styler
http://straighteners.ghdhair.com/ghd-iv-styler, it's the one that's the middle size, it's ideal for longish hair and still narrow enough for short hair. It's the same width all along, doesn't go wider or narrower.
They have them on ASOS with free protector creams
    http://www.asos.com/Ghd/Ghd-Limited-Edition-Iv-Styler-With-Free-Thermo-Protector-For-Dry-And-Coarse-Hair-150Ml-Save-975/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=848904&SearchQuery=ghd&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=DryandCoarse

Also the Limited Edition Midnight set and the pink and white set are this sized.
    Hope this helps......

Also the ASOS code is only valid til midnight tonight so get a wriggle on! :-)

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Does anyone know if buying GHD's from Amazon affects any warranty/guarantee? Had some years ago but they blew up, now want some more and have seen them on Amazon but not sure if buying straight from Amazon or a seller?
    Many thanks
