Hi clazza.
I was on Venlafaxine but it didn't make much difference for me until they increased the dose. I was then changed to another ad. I did know someone that it helped. As with a lot of ad's they can take a few weeks to kick in. The problem is that because we all have different bodies/problems/doctors, no-one else's advice on medication is going to be too much help. What works for one, doesn't for another. The positive thing is that there are a lot of ad's available so don't feel bad if one doesn't work.
Always best to check in with your drs if you're unsure.
Best wishes,

Hi guys (and gals:))
I am feeling more positive today but have faced a problem that I need some tips to deal with.
I felt close to my husband last night and it has really made me feel better again. Trouble is I am scared he might upset me again, so don't want to build too much on it.
I have seen it before in my life. I feel happy with a person (male or female), then if they cool for any reason, I am gutted.
How come I need other people to make me feel good, why can't I do this for myself? An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hey everyone
I'm feeling a bit odd today. I'm alright, just got a lot on my mind.
Hope your all alright.
I know what you mean CCstar, I'm always seeking reassurance/acceptance and stuff. Suppose it should come from me, but I don't know how to do that!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Don't worry I am the same, we have got to go supermarket shopping tonight so I am just going to throw on my most comfortable clothes.
Have come up with a nice healthy meal plan for the week but for no reason I feel really insecure about it, have posted on "old style" to get some reassurance and some general cooking tips.
Snuggled under the quilt at the moment and don't feel like moving, not even to make lunch.
Still feeling really groggy today and woke up at 5:55 again last night0 -
Not gonna get dressed today, but really really really must have a bath today! Hehe
Everything is falling to pieces around me again. Either that or I'm feeling dramatic

I shall look on OS and see if I can help.
Enjoy the rest, it is cold and grey today. It won't hurt not to have lunch. I have had some nuts and a coffee, it is all I can stomach just now.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
