i have had a very bad day today, and feel utter carp tonight

here my day....

Morning had relaxation, went bad,bad thoughts, i was bad. then i seen my councellor my one that referred me she came up to see my especially, :j :j .
made me very happy to see her, and she brought me an advent calender, a cadburys advent calender. :j

then lunch, i sat with kirsty, we spoke about madness :rotfl:

then in the afternoon, we kirsty and i went for a walk, hehe, we were skipping and singing. :rotfl: , yep me mad!. then i nearly got ran over, that was funi.
then we got back and i decided to climb a tree, well try and climb a tree. im too small..
then i had a bad moment, i was shaking, and hallucinating,, and not good. kirsty got a nurse, the nurse was carp didnt help in anyway, so i started to pace, up and down the ward. then a patient scared me, and i went for a walk on me own, i started hallucinating again, and ran back to the place, when i got back i told one of the nurses, because kirsty said so, i told a nurse and he said someone would come talk to me. they never did :mad:

then i ended up being creative and doing the christmas display all on me own. wonder what people will think in the morning. the day dragged on tho and i feel soo awful now. realli bad.

i need a drink...

She's just very unwell. She won't admit it, and dare challenge anything and she'll bite yer legs off.

I just tried to raise an issue about her not contacting me direct. I did not accuse, I just said it would be best if we didn't use my flatmate to pass on messages...........I got that far and she flipped
