Well, finally, I am crying lol.

WEll its stopped now. Managed a couple of minutes. I wish I could just let go and cry and let it all out, but it doesn't work. I need the relief but can't get it :(

I can't cry, just doesn't work. I need someone to hold me, and let me cry, you know?
I'm not really okay, but I'm coping.
Noticing that my mood seems to start okay in the morning and get progressively worse through out the day

I'm sorry to hear that. I do know what you mean. I know you don't like going out, but is there a non-virtual friend you can chat to in the evenings when things start to get you down a bit more than during the day? Or something like a hobby to engross you for an hour or so? I know it doesn't help everyone. I tend to have a long soak in the bath on an evening when I can't face anything or anyone else. I find that really calming, soothing. Just wish there was something I could do... Saz xxx

Hun that's probably because you devote so much of it to looking after us on here :):) Treat yourself this evening, pamper yourself, it's the least you deserve with all you're having to deal with right now. I'm going to be leaving work in about 10 minutes, please take good care of yourself ok? I'm hoping I can posted later tonight if I get the chance... in the meantime, much love to you fg hun and keep well, Saz xx

    Thanks Saz :)
I'm alright, just feeling pretty low, just don't know what to do to feel better?
    Bath, wouldn't enjoy that.
Argh, can I bang my head against the wall?

I wouldn't advise you do that hun :) You could use the 'bang head against the wall' smiley, but then I've already told Miro off for using that and I don't want to be accused of double standards, I'll have Tiffy on my case, assuming she's back yet from her mega trip out today :D Think nice, calm thoughts and I'll speak to you in a bit ok? Take care now xx
