Ahh, I'm awake, still a little tipsy from all the wine, and have to get to the doctors now. Really wish I didn't - I want to cancel and go back to bed.
I will go. I will.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Hope it goes well at the doctors.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:

I didn't get to sleep till 8am and up at 11.30am. Feel upset that I am being treated badly. I had a huge crying session which has taken the edge off the pain. Being civil to my husband but feel sad that 25 years anniversary is looming and sad it hasn't been great and not sure it will EVER be the way I NEED it.
How did it go at the Doctors FG?An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well. Hope you feel a little better after your crying session - it does help to let it out.
Not having a great day myself - very stressful at work and I haven't heard from 'R'. I know she's busy but I can't stop worrying about herHug provider for depression thread :grouphug:

It's been absolutely manic today. Could have hit someone if they hadn't been at the other end of the country  .They thought they knew better than me when I've been working with the project co-ordinator day in and out for months and done all the testing prior to go live. I'd spotted some errors in some documents they'd published and informed the relevant team and they said I was wrong.
At least I've heard from 'R' - I was starting to worry as she was quite down last night. Too much stress, caffiene + niccotine made it worse for me.
Got that out of my system now - feeling better.

Hi
my hubby has been diagnosed with acute strees and depression in the past week. obviously i have been trying as much as poss to help him and get him back on the road to being himself again..encouraging him to do things etc
he has now decided that the job he's in now is the main factor in causing all the probs, so has started looking for a new one. all going well so far hes appied for 1 or 2 and he was asked to call O2 for a phone interview yestreday which he did. being honest he explained that he had just been signed off work for a period of approx 4 weeks, the lady then said that there was no point in him applying as with that amount of sickness they would never employ him and said that he shouldnt even be applying for jobs while he was off sick!! i just thing thats so unfair!! what if he had a broken leg or arm and that is why he's not a work!!
anyway, shoul he continue to look for a new job or wait till he is well enough to go back to his current one - if he will i think he'll be off sick within a week or 2!
just need some advice if anyones been in a similar situation'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -

Hiya Jillie, welcome to the thread. Not sure what to say really about your hubby applying for jobs other than maybe he just shouldn't mention that he's off sick?
Someone will be along who'll be more helpful than me soon☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆
